CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Our warehouse ships orders within 24 hours, so address changes are not always possible. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order leaves the warehouse.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days from the day you place your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but processing can take up to 3 days if the warehouse is busy.

OUT OF STOCK / BACKORDERED ITEMS
If any items are out of stock, we’ll email you with the expected restock date. If restock takes longer than 2 weeks, we’ll automatically refund those items.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
Tracking may only update on domestic systems; some international couriers do not provide real-time tracking updates. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks for international shipments within Europe and UK. Contact us if your tracking number doesn’t work for domestic orders.
THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
